How Can A Slave Be Better?

Someone asked Me this question on My Tumblr and I thought it was worth sharing/opening up to discussion :

For Me personally what makes one slave better than another is manners, generosity, not being needy, understanding his place, never lying and being loyal. I also like it when slaves do things to better their own station in life. I don’t believe in someone’s servitude being at their own personal detriment, that is, I don’t want to ruin someone. I want their association with Me to lift them up, to motivate them and to inspire them to be better — which means something different to everyone.
